Ayala Land launches second phase of Anvaya Cove

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has launched the second-phase of Anvaya Cove, its award-winning seaside leisure community in Morong, Bataan.

Ayala Land Premier, which serves the property sector’s high-end segment, is offering 36 lots which will give prospective buyers an option to choose between a sea or a mountain view in Anvaya Cove.

The phase, which covers six hectares of the 320-hectare development, will allow buyers to choose a lot with a minimum size of 650 square meters to 1,000 square meters.

Lots will be sold between P13,000 and P17,000 per square meter,
Ayala Land senior vice president and head of Ayala Land Premier Bobby Dy told reporters.

“We are pre-selling lots right now. Phase 1 has 120 hectares," Dy said.

Plans for Anvaya Cove include development of water and sports facilities including golf facilities, spa complex, and a restaurant, Antonino Aquino, ALI president, said.

Anvaya Cove has won the 2009 Hospitality Design (HD) Awards from HD magazine, besting 397 other entires.

Now on its fifth year, the HD Magazine Award is one of the most coveted recognitions in real estate development.

Anvaya Cove is the only Asian entry that made it as finalist under the Green and Sustainable Category.

It now joins the ranks of an elite group of internationally renowned properties such as the boutique Auberge Chain in California, Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya, The Venetian Macau. - GMANews.TV
